| UPtown Residential Broadway & Historic District | ||||||||
Interest continues to grow for increased residential projects in the UPtown Area. This includes the use of empty 2nd & 3rd floor space in the Central Business District for Loft type Apartments, and the reclamation and renovation of homes in the Historic District. Work with the city continues in order to refine guidlines and ordinaces for the development of these projects.
