A 1 million square foot office complex on approximately 50 acres along the Chattahoochee River to accommodate 5000 employees. This facility turns a blighted area of mostly abandoned buildings into an elegant landscaped campus. Current activity involves land acquisition by the City. Phase One construction is scheduled to begin November 1997.
