Our new Entertainment/Retail District will create a lively mix of fine restaurants, art galleries and shops. Off to a quick start, several nationally know restaurants, which will also provide live entertainment, are negotiating to establish themselves in our new district. John Elkington of Performa Real Estate Entertainment, Inc. from Memphis, TN has completed a marketing analysis and action plan which we are currently implementing.
