The new fee schedule for the Planning Department shall go into effect on December 1, 2007.  As of said date, per Ordinance 07-65, the following fees shall be imposed:

Subdivision Plat Fees

Preliminary Plat   $225.00 plus $10.00 per lot

Final Plat           $225.00 plus $8.00 per lot

Final Plat 
(from Preliminary Plat)   $100.00 plus $5.00 per lot

Council Variance          $200.00

Zoning Verification       $55.00

Rezoning

Planned Units Developments              $1,200.00

Major                                            $1,000.00

Minor                                             $700.00

Text Amendment                              $500.00

Development of Regional Impact          $300.00

Condition Change                              $500.00
